If your looking for some info on that application...go to the USPTO site enter the app number and open up the image file wrapper....when that opens just read the 7 page filing..Requirement for Restriction and you'll see what they are trying to do but the examiner is basically not letting them do it....pages 3-7 explain most of it.

Hope thats what you'rel ookng for...some info on the app and why?
