I'm not sure that posting here that Brian was 100% ineffective is sending management a message. I think sending that message via e-mail, letter or phone call to management would do that. If as you claim they 100% ignored Brian as the shareholders rep, the odds that they are taking points from this board are even slimmer, IMO.
