Once again..."IF" we have agreed upon quarterly,monthly or even daily payments...they'd have to show them in the Accounts Payable line...of which we have very little.

Only way we don't see that is if there is a contingency to the payments....like a successful re-exam...and that would tell me the insiders couldn't start to buy shares as they said they could with this Q being issued. Why , because they would have knowledge of the payment amounts and or settlement amounts if and when the re-exam is completed in our favor.

Royalties, on theother hand wouldn't be inlcuded because usually they are based on some sort of production or sales number to be determined ior payment to be made...so that would exclude an AP amount to be shown.
