A reverse split takes "ANY" shares out of the OS ?

Understand about splits, Actually all they do either forward or reverse is change the face value of the individual share. They do nothing to "remove" or "add". After a split the market cap of any company is exactly the same.

Why do we need a reverse split!!?

Not to mention the FACT that large institutions like buying equities with larger os as it makes them more liquid.

I wholeheartedly DISAGREE with the notion of a reverse split. I have NEVER seen one work out for shareholders and a good example of one that has NOT worked out is over at TMTA. Go ahead on over to one of their boards and ask the folks ther if they think the reverse they did was beneficial.

NO REVERSE SPLIT!!, Now if you want to talk about a reverse merger, I am ALL for that!!
