1. The Board would not let me do what I wanted to do.
2. The Board would not let me do what I wanted to do because it wasn't wise.
3. I discovered that I don't have the capability to do what I want to do.
4. Part of my agreement to resign was that I would be allowed to place one un-edited sentence in the announcement.
5. I just realized that with all these settlements, with a likelihood that the Patent and Litigation rulings will favor PTSC, and with the ton of money now coming in, well, I might have to actually do something.
