 I think Swartz may be selling shares to give his commercial finance company cash flow.  With the current banking crisis, fiance companies are starved for cash.  Also, Sge mentioned a few days ago that with 29 million shares a person would be crazy not sell part of his shares that have a cost basis of 2 to 3 cents.  If he saw bad news on the horizon total liquidation would occur.  Well at least we know now why the last shareholder letter was signed by Turly and th BOD. In that letter they stated they hoped that near term changes would increase shareholder value , lets all hope for some followthrough after yesterday"s news.
