one of many actions surrounding this co. that I am in quite uncomfortable with. With the Big December Decision a bust, and the pending "cashendo" in April, why would anyone be unloading at this time?

Guess we are just a flock of retail shareholders too ignorant to see The Big Picture as mgmt. (TPL) rules the roost behind the curtain of an NDA.
