Kidd, since i am to lazy to do the DD and even if it was out there to be found............The USPTO can not live in a vacume.........38 co's best laywers said to pay up........The PTO'S examiner must have less experience / knowledge than those 38 + laywers........If he votes us down then we look for someone next UP the latter who is wiser and probably not trying to make a name for him self.............Nothing is a sure thing, but for me the EXIT POLLS will not lie............
