If the April #'s are good, and than the USPTO rejects our patents (I am not saying this is going to happen), what value do you think the street will place on Patriot? IMO we could have Bill Gates as our CEO, but with no product to bring in revenue we are done. IMO the reexams are key, and unlock the door to our future. With that said, if the #'s from the J's are good, than IMO we should be in pretty good shape with the USPTO, as they wouldn't have settled for much if they thought we wouldn't fare well in the reexam. All IMO.
