My last response was a little too quick as I'm not sure you got my point based on your response. You have control of your staff. You tell them a deadline and expect them to meet it. PTSC has to rely on an outside accounting firm to review their 10k filing. While I'm sure PTSc is an important customer, I'm sure the accounting firm has a lot of other customers, all paying big bucks. You can scream and yell, plead and beg all you want, if they can't get it done before the filing deadline, it ain't gonna happen.
