I'm reposting the link above.  When I click on it, it does bring up the correct link.  About a third of the way down is Section b. that is titled Description of Exhibits.  And in that section is subsection 10 Material Contracts, has three sections under it i, ii, & iii.  Under section ii is four sections A, B, C, & D.  The section I bolded are in section ii and section C.
