Not to be the buzzkill here, but it's possible that the agreement does NOT include any thing that would cause MATERIAL changes in the company's financial condition or operations. The fact is, NOTHING more than the information that a resolution was reached was included in the 8-K. Perhapsl that means that the licenses "granted" were in fact done so in a way that produced no material change to PTSC's financial condition. Clearly NOT the conclusion we WANT from the data provided, but perhaps the conclusion we should take from the data provided. It certainly appears that that's the conclusion the broader markt has made based on the shareprice.

Not a bash, just another perspective that fits with the data.
