It seemed like an acquistion and second revenue stream was. The pps fallout post settlement has convinced me that the company needs to manage the share price. Any significant acquistion is going to require treasury shares. It ought to be job #1 to make sure the value of those shares is the best it can be. The only way to do that is to avoid actions that will hurt the sp (late filing, lack of clarity, lack of communication, etc... ) and do those things that tend to support the share price. (reduce outstanding and provide pps support to the maximum extent that is financially responsible). It would be extremely helpful to have the company state what it presently considers to be Job #1. That would at least provide me with sufficient clarity to make decisons about my investment here. Opty
