prior to TX outcome would have helped to bring in many new shareholders, but also would have hurt SP badly as they exited at the first sign of weakness and confusion over the settlement. May even have triggered a bigger selloff by shaking more of the hard-core followers. Who knows.

Yes...management should change course IF it is in the best interest of the Co. and it's shareholders. Thanks for the disscussion. joe
