I find it amazing that investors are willing to give away the company's capital and destroy the company's ability to move foward in order to regain what amounts to be pennies on the dollar. 

If you want to effect change, vote in a new BOD. We can start that discussion this spring.

 In the meantime, you can join ronran's group and express your dissatifaction with the share price as a member of a group.
