wolf - I beg to disagree... it appears thats just what they are doing by way of the filings, so we can't determing which is coming from where. It the OTC and i do believe they bought-back at lower prices before probably sitting on information due to TPLs screwed-up involvement it and they got away with it. you can't prove they didn't and I can't prove they did, but if we let this wild speculation run amuch maybe they'll say haey we gota do something to calm the restless natives - lol
