Interesting to note that under the litigation news area of their "Litigation" page, TPL has NOT posted any news of the settlement. Their Press Room page carries it, but not in the litigation news area where other items such as the '584 appeal and other news specific to the Texas case would logically be found.

Sure appears as though there is a concerted effort to "hide" the news in a sense. So it looks like Lekrone is just as muzzled as Turley on this particular issue.
