Is this the same Mr Swartz that was publically agreeing that the future of PTSC was "Texas or bust" at the last SHM ? Funny how the favourable Markman resulted in a downturn of his prognosis. Maybe there was more cash to be made for him is the Markman went belly-up ?

I would be more interested to hear what Mr Swartz was thinking right now rather than back then, although I suspect I might not like it all that much...(be careful what you wish for, etc etc)

Regardless, the words of Mr Swartz are not something I would put a lot of credence in, as I firmly belive that he would have good things to say about Attila the Hun if there was a buck in it for him.
