Most of us are trying to discern if the settlement was in our favor or the Js.  I look at it this way.  If the wording of the pr sounded like TPL wrote it, I'd guess that the Js were happy with a cheap settlement and would throw TPL a pr bone as well as an NDA.  After all, it is all about the $.  Conversely, if the settlement was heavily in favor of TPL, I would expect that TPL would throw the Js a pr bone as well as the NDA.  After all, it is all about the $. 

So, if this is logical, the pr tells it all.   Opty
