" Does this mean whatever Patriot's professional legal and accounting advisors' guidance will be the 'controlling factor' in what can be released? Was the NDA worded as such so that PTSC's team of professionals can decide "what is legal and required" to be put in the SEC report? Does the SEC have a restriction on putting in more information than the SEC requires?
