Very nice!  That's a great spot.  We were over there a few weeks back for a fundraiser for a friend of mine's foundation who's a quadrapalegic.  Held it in a spec house on the water that the builder has listed for I think $14M!!!

I don't get over there more than once or twice a year, mostly to play golf, and am amazed each time at what new has been built.  I hope you got in early on one of the custom lots....man-o-man, if only I knew then what I know now!!
