One alternative to either a merger or acquisition might be to follow in S&L's footsteps with seed funding of several viable companies.

...."Seed Funding"? Is that the same way LG sloganeered it about 7 years back? If played right, it may work as a back door acquisition route wth whoever we trap. Almost worked on us...

We already have CJ as our on-board consultant - Maybe bring LG back to drive this as a Sales and Marketing initiative if it comes to light...I assume we're still on good enough terms with him...
