Greetings. Because it is located on the far side of Muscat and in a less desirable location than or project. I don't see it drawing "customers" away from our project. There is enough for many. My only complaint was that this other project seemed to be moving forward while ours is still struggling to get to get phase I started. That said, I am still confident that our project WILL move forward and reasonably soon.
