Company has signed a Development Agreement with the Government of the Sultanate of Oman. Omagine Owns 60%; Sultanate Owns 25%; Consolidated Contractors Owns 15%. Project to be developed on 245 acres of beach front land on Gulf of Oman. The estimated cost approximately $2.5 Billion. BNP Paribas To Lead Construction Financing Syndicate.

GI,.... but wouldn't they first pay the bills they've run up since the inception of the project, salaries of the board member's and employees they've added, then hire PR people and advertising to promote the project, then the architects, surveyors, CCC-Oman plus sub contractors, not falling under CCC's jurisdiction, debt service ,sales and marketing salaries and commissions . You seem to imply that OMAG will be swimming in excess cash? Not trying to second guess your premise or start a sword fight but......... simply looking for answers and clarification, Bill. P.S. Plus when you answer this, perhaps Agoracom will get you out of the damn Mail Room! You have earned a promotion.
