Company has signed a Development Agreement with the Government of the Sultanate of Oman. Omagine Owns 60%; Sultanate Owns 25%; Consolidated Contractors Owns 15%. Project to be developed on 245 acres of beach front land on Gulf of Oman. The estimated cost approximately $2.5 Billion. BNP Paribas To Lead Construction Financing Syndicate.

Great post, Get Irie!

The main thing I'd add to your list would be the hiring of a financial adviser.

With the Development and Usufruct Agreements now completely signed, executed, ratified, effective, registered, and stamped, Omagine has now jumped through all the hoops and is ready to get going!

Starting with the release of the land value, there will be lots of good things to announce. I think many new investors are going to discover OMAG and realize how undervalued it is!
