The 7.5mm appears to me just to be enough to tide these guys over for another couple of monthes. I don't think that's going to accomplish very much.

Yeah, they could sell some of the other company assets, but would rather pull this stunt instead I guess. You can bet they're doing what they're doing to cover their asses as best as they can.
