Legends annual meeting

Legends annual meeting Is July 28th. I wonder why It Is not posted on the website ? I just voted by proxy and voted for all of the recommendations (officers,etc) EXCEPT this one {Proposal to Increase the amount of authorized outstanding shares from 300 million to 400 million} Looks like they Intend to Issue more shares,and If they do,It probably means that they do not have a deal forthcoming In the next few months at the very least. This will ultimately be approved by the majority shareholders,I was just trying to send them (my small little message since I only have 33,000 shares) Lets get this done ! Just so you know though,I am here for the duration .... TS
