The company currently holds an initial Australian JORC code compliant Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate for a partial area of Paradise South which has been completed and reports a total of 72 million tonnes @ 17% P2O5 at a minimum cut off grade of 12% P2O5.

O.K., they didn't have a law change. I mispoke, but they didn't allow the deal to be done because I believe on the grounds of national security. So, in affect if Austrailia wanted to possibly go down that same road they could. I'm sure Nomura and LGDI are aware of these possibilities and hopefully will steer around any potential problems.

I'm anxious to see what deal is finally done.
