On that note Frank, I'm curious how this occurred.

A) did these two accomplished guys hear about EDIG, call Fred and say..." hey man, do you need some help?"

B) did Nunally know them?

C) did Kevin or MarDee know them?

D) did Tony Handal know them?

E) did Eric Polis know them, give them a call and say..."I'd like to move on to other things, join the bod and I'll split."

OR....F) did Fred recruit them because of their contacts being in line with our current licensing efforts, provide an incentive,  and they signed up?

IMO, F for Fred. 

I will further speculate, Fred knew he needed some high power help to get the job done, put his pride aside, roped them in.

Fred NEVER makes a move outside of the company just for the heck of it...that is a fact.
