Thanks Sman... it looks as if the JUDGE is giving e.Digital & HANDAL another chance with a leave to AMEND. We shall see. This is all in my opinion, of course. I got my virtual law degree at the same place Dischino did... online pacers and comments from other LAW MINDED posters...LOLOL.
