There's an agora rule here about ALL CAP USE.

Rules are enforced by mods, ONLY if in the SPIRIT of the rule, the use of ALL CAPS is to intimidate, harass, attack others, and purposely using ALL CAPS to badger the board.

Sunpoop types in ALL CAPS, so what....who cares, ever seen this guy's HANDS....ever shake is BIG RIGHT HAND?

Do we flag a sunpoop post....NO...because the SPIRIT OF THE RULE is not violated.
