IMHO: The Pending "Nunchi Cases" will be Settled prior to any new cases being filed regarding Nunchi Patents. Filing a case on a New Alledged Infringer would pose the risk of them filing a "New IPR" challenge that would delay the forward progress of any "Settlement. However, it does not prevent New Filings from occuring regarding other Patent Portfolios. Just my "Opinions".
