Anything that needs shareholder approval if that's what you mean, yes.

Such as in 2008 to increase auth shares from 300 to 350 mln.

Also before each shm for reelection of bod etc.

The proxy notice goes out 30 to 45 days before hand.

If an offer is on the table to buy the company....that too...lol.
