Appeal Board (“PTAB”) for the United States Patent and Trademark Office issued a Decision terminating its Inter Partes Review (“IPR”) of e.Digital’s U.S. Patent Nos. 8,306,514 (“the ’514 patent”), 8,311,522 (“the ’522 patent”), 8,311,523 (“the’523 patent”), 8,311,524 (“the ’524 patent”), 8,315,618 (“the ’618 patent”), and 8,315,619 (“the ’619 patent”). A true and correct copy of the Decision is filed

The aforementioned patents are each asserted in this case and are the subject
of Defendant’s Motion to Stay (ECF No. 37), which was granted by this Court on February 3, 2016 (ECF No. 60). There are no other Petitions for IPR currently pending in relation to the patents asserted in this case.
As the now-terminated IPRs were the sole basis for this Court’s grant of
Defendants’ Motion to Stay
, Plaintiff respectfully requests that the Court lift the stay and set a Case Management Conference within thirty (30) days or any date thereafter that is convenient for the Court.
