letgo....with that...

"The parties have filed a stipulation of dismissal dated June 30, 2016. ECF No. 33. Because the stipulation is signed by all parties who have appeared, it is effective without court order pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). This case has been dismissed with prejudice. The Clerk shall close the file. IT IS SO ORDERED. Dated: June 30, 2016"

No indication spelling out the legal fee considerations as noted in other dismissals, that suggests that Mivatek picked up the tab...but ther again..."Because the stipulation is signed by all parties who have appeared, it is effective without court order" ....suggests the informal stance of the order by the parties.

All one has to keep in mind, e.Digital would not give up its side of the dismissal with prejudice unless it was being compensated for some form of infringement.

letgo, I guess your consideration would be ...is e.Digital obliged to provide a license to Mivteck under these circumstances?
