What if....?

Small companies were using EDIG tech and when challenged they found a Big Brother to protect them... Google. So now what if realizing that EDIG needs a Big Brother they, Google, are now going to protect EDIG and it's tech in exchange for ? Maybe that is the deal ?

Google seems to buy up companies that fit with its strategies. Those companies were seeking protection and Google saw them as parts to their bigger puzzle/objectives.

So if anyone wants to use EDIG tech they will have to go thru Google????

Not necessarily a buyout, a relationship of mutual need?
