IMHO It means "ArcSolft" fumbled again! When they negotiated an "Early Settlement" in the Federal Southern District suddenly the "Dropcam" case in the Northern District became of interest. Dropcam requested a IPR of the "Patents" and IMHO they did not want a "Settelment" to occur. Well now we know the opposite occured "Dropcam" Setteled! ArcSolft IMHO should be paying at a "Premium" for taking the "Gamble". Although, they took the gamble did "Google" accept the risk? We will never know that question someone just pay the "Bill" in eDigital Coins. LoL
