The 492 filed in 2010 (apparently junk) abandoned filed on the principles of the early filing of 371 now Expired

and to add.....The 492 filed as well on the principles of the WO patent app.

Which means, the USPTO would not approve in principle that which exists on the WIPO stage.

IMVHO, that must be a reason for the 8 year dormancy of US PCT filing relating to the WO issue.
