IMHO upon succesful completion of IPR's and Federal District Court Trials on our pending litigation everyone's sensor enabled products will need a licence. We are already in the month of February 2016. It was just December 2015 time isn't waiting on the litigation to end with numorous companies releasing "New connected sensor based products monthly into the IOT Markets. January 2016 brought the CES next month another trade show where New Mobile Phones with new connectivity functions. Being ahead of the curve is in eDigitals DNA. The navigation of the strenghts of the "Nunchi Patents" are well underway. The cost to be an infringer upon validation of those " Nunchi Patents" in both venues will be costly. ArcSolft riding the wave with"Google" just may not be a brillant idea.
