These two companies with Goliath war chests settled with eDigital during litigation. The NDA aggreements regarding the settlements and what they entail or entangled are confidential. Therefore, I would assume they among others are aware of Nunchi Patents Portfolio and Microsignet. The Research and Development dollars available in their budgets is enormous. Project Pluto was still being developed and could not have been any consideration during settlement negotiations. I believe eDigital will be a player with the Goliath companies in the IOT space. The American public at some point in time will become aware of eDigital through Media, Technology Interviews, CES and other vehicles. IMHO
