similar as recorded to 108 transaction history, however, there is no follow up regarding final determinations of the IPR's.

Some very messy update management / correlation by the USPTO PAIR / PTAB, keeping in mind, 108 and 445 are separate patents.

There is no continuity between 108 and 445, yet the dual 108/445 IPR petitions are filed to each transaction history.

In any event, there is no additional petition for trial with a subsequent docket to examiner for 445.
