'108 2 claim construction rulings....and we are all left...."where's the beef?" just speculation on Plank's part, but

a continuation would probably have, most of the important claim terms....already construed...btw, '108 can still go back 6 years as well on current patent, give or take, a plank's opinion..there is still good meat on the bone.
