IBM is doing it, app builders are doing it. Just like with Flash-R, everyone is infringing, but it is already ubiquitous and may be beyond our control. Can methods for managing mobile communication be enforced? That is the question.

IBM, App developers don't seem to need to secure Edig's blessing before they collect and analyze sensor data. How do we make money??
