To echo Fred's "strange" comment, at the 9-17-08 SHM Putnam said, "our enemies today will become our partners tomorrow".

Of course that was about Flash-R patent monetization in progress, but the same holds true for our new IP.

To me, the term partner re: suing skads of outfits for what turned out to be one time licensing fees, does not equate today but did then, with the new licensing goal, it does.
