Google is the entity that filed 6 IPRs as the owner of Dropcam. One on each of our nunchi patents under our suit. They filed these IPRs on 6/24/15.
To Plank's knowledge, Arcsoft has not yet filed an IPR or at least it is not yet showing up. IMO....
Also, in Plank's opinion, this info has been publicly available since some time in early July. In other IMO news, Plank believes that our co. is taking excellent actions to respond to this..also co said they are "digging in" regarding these IPRs.
.for those that listened in the virtual shareholder meeting and had not previously been aware that IPRs had been filed againt Nunchi...perhaps they were saddened. Plank in fact heard other things in the same sh meeting, ...for instance,
"once we can start to announce partners we will get the attention we deserve".....
"15 years evergreen," ...or close to that

ps also more flash settlements if you compare no.s to last quarterly announcement, also they illustrated a patent application no for Pluto....there was a lot of meat there, if you can get over, no announcement of partner, imo, or ipo.
