As I recall from way back in the day, EDIG has a poison pill in place. They were so worried that someone might gain control and take over their ( the BOD's ) company. Seems ironic to me that there was absolutely no need to buy the company. The tech was just taken and used.

Perhaps the worst decission ever was to not be bought out. We could have had cash or stock in another company like Intel or whatever. And now some are wishing for a buyout. But there seems to be no buyers interested. Some entity could buy up all the shares on the market place ( or a majority of shares) but still be unable to buy out the company because of the poison pill.

Time for Fred to announce that the poison pill has been removed?

Time to get a partner or partners ! I have to hope that is what is going on before the virtual shareholder meeting.
