Hey, I am from New Jersey and think the virtual is a great idea! Maybe not for the 60 or so who can go to local meeting but this allows me to see and feel what they have to say and how and what questions they chose to answer. It also allows for a larger group of shareholders to share in the meeting which I think is a good thing. JMHO
