Whether I am "happy" or not, is not the topic.
They have announced how and when the next SHM will be conducted.
People can be happy about it, unhappy about it, somewhere in between, hold their stock or sell it.
Stockholders can vote the proxy based on being happy, unhappy, fed up with no hope, hanging on to hope some more, an individual right.
Everytime a SHM & proxys are sent out, a legal majority has agreed with the BOD recommendations and voted FOR. Stockholder have never voted anyone out, but CEO's have resigned, Fred stepped down then returned when Blakely split after 3 years, and guess what, unvoted proxys are voted by the BOD.
40% give or take don't vote......it will happen again...

IMO, LGJ & sman are wasting their time and money bringing Pacer info to us, as they are not appreciated enough...yet they remain happy to do so for a thumb.
Lastly, the salary compensation committee, in 2010 gave Fred a bump from 155K to 185K, the board had something to bitch about that lasted on and off for 4 of 5 years. Now we have 185K bumped to 197K, amounting to less than 1.5% per year, giving us more meat to bitch about...lol.
Did stockholders vote yes on the compensation package last proxy?
YES....shame on those stockholders.
