Just a simple observation for now, more study later as time permits.

Third quarter YTD patent Income $2,051,000

Fiscal Year Income $2,079,000

29 settlements. average Income = $71,690, the lowest amount per settlemenrt since the beginning of the lawsuits.

The numbers indicate quarter 4 income was only $28,000, I thought we had several settlements that cleared in quarter 4?
