It's not about Fred, it is in fact about the lawyers, on BOTH sides.

Let me share a direct quote during my personal visit 9-17-09 with Putnam, in which I have 2 witnesses being a joint visit...jonthezman & Wife.

Q: from Jon, "why the NDA's?"

A: "if it is in the best interest of either party or both, NDA's will be in the settlement agreement."

So I ask you and all here, is it Fred's Handal Team demanding the NDA's, the defendants or both?

Nobody knows so lets blame Fred...ya that makes sense huh?
